Collider position stays behind when spawned object is moved in same frame
How to reproduce:
1. Open user's project
2. Open Window > Analysis > Physics Debugger
3. In the Hierarchy select 'Spawner' GameObject
4. In the 'Spawn Something' Script Component Enable 'Spawn Now'
Expected result: collider is in the same position as the object
Actual result: collider stays behind
Reproducible with - 2018.3.0a6, 2018.2.2f1, 2018.1.9f1, 2017.4.8f1, 2017.2.3p3, 2017.2.0a4
Not reproducible with - 2017.2.0a3, 2017.1.4p2
