Collaborate version that comes with the new project template is not the latest Verified Version
Repro:
- start a new project with 2020.1.1f1, any template
- open Package Manager
- notice that the Collaborate package needs an update already
Expected result: When starting a new project with Unity 2020.1, any template, all the packages that come with it should be the latest, verified version.
