[Collaborate] progress bar is not synchronized with uploaded files count when uploading over 10000 changes
Steps to reproduce:
1. open Example project
2. go to Window-Services-Enable Collaborate
3. click Collab button and upload project to the cloud
4. click Collab button to see the progress
Expected behavior: upload count is increasing with the progress bar
Actual result: until ~28% upload count is stuck to 1/5000, after ~28% it quickly jumps to 70% and 3500/5000
Reproduced on 5.5.0a5, 5.4.0f3
Note: sometimes it reaches ~50%, sometimes ~40% but it is always stuck at 0/5000, 1/5000, 0/5001 or 1/5001.
