[Collaborate] (2018.1) Opening project from the cloud opens another instance of Unity
To reproduce:
1. Open Unity
2. Open any project from the cloud
Expected result: only the project opens
Actual result: another instance of Unity opens and says that the project is already opened
Reproduced on: 2018.1.0b2 2018.1.0b3 2018.1.0b4
Not reproduced: 2017.3.0p3 2018.1.0a1 2018.1.0a4
