[Collab] 'Unable to retrieve entries. (404)' error when refreshing page with empty folder open in Web Dashboard
To reproduce:
1. Create new folder
2. Publish changes to collab
3. Open Web Dashboard - Assets
4. Open Assets folder
5. Delete folder in editor and publish changes
6. Reload Web Dashboard
Actual: Observe 'Unable to retrieve entries. (404)' error
Expected: User should be redirected to root folder
