[Collab] Unable to link project to Unity Services after closing and reopening Laptop
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new Empty Project
2. Set up Project ID and enable Collaborate
3. Close the Laptop putting it to sleep
4. Wait 1 minute
5. Open the Laptop and Sign in
Expected result: Unity Collab continues to function properly
Actual result: Unity Collab says Unable to link project to Unity Services and Collaborate cannot be used
Reproducible with: 1.3.9 (2019.4.17f1, 2020.1.17f1)
Could not test with: 2018.4, 2020.2, 2021.1 (Very rare repro)
Notes:
Tested - 100 times, Reproduced - 2 times
Restarting the Editor fixes the issue
Reproduces on both Windows and Mac
May also happen without closing the Laptop or putting the Machine to sleep, seemingly at random
