[CEF] Errors and QCocoaAccessibility errors in logs "Cannot Submit Change to Server" error when publishing project
Steps to reproduce(or just watch attached gif):
1. Open users project.
2. Publish project.
3. In material folder duplicate material.
4. Rename duplicated material.
5. Try to publish.
--- There should be error saying "Cannot Submit Change to Server".
Reproduced with: 5.4.0f2, 5.4.0b25
Not reproduced with: 5.4.0b24
