[Cmd arguments]The -force-free flag disables platforms, which were unavailable in old Free version but are in Personal edition
To reproduce:
1) Launch Unity with -force-free (either through command line or changing shortcut)
2) Create new project
3) Go to build settings
4) Select Android (or any other greyed out platform)
5) Notice that it says that license doesn't cover it
Expected: The platforms should be selectable and workable, as personal edition (the current 'free') does cover all the platforms
