[Cloth] When an object is small (less than 1 in scale), cloth preview vertices will not render correctly
Steps to repro:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene
3. select the plane object
4. in the inspector, edit the cloth constraints under the cloth component
5. view in scene view. (see gif for example)
One would expect this issue to resolve when 'F' key was pressed on object to focus it, if was clipping plane focus issue, however it persists. - In this example as the mesh is so small this is expected behaviour, but there's no warning or indication that a user should not use meshes scaled below 1 with cloth, even if it does yield unrealistic results.
