[Cloth] Max Distance value doesn't change on dragging in Cloth Constraint Window
Checkboxes UI Conflicts with Dragger UI under "Paint" tab in "Cloth Constraints" and doesn't change values
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a New Project
2. Hierarchy > Create Empty GameObject.
3. Select Empty GameObject > Add component > Cloth
4. Select Edit Cloth Constraints > Paint
5. Enable Max Distance > Drag Input field Value.
Actual Result:
On Dragging the value doesn't change in Input field and disable checkbox under "Paint" tab.
Expected Result:
Value should change Properly on Dragging.

2020.2.0a3, 2020.1.0b2, 2020.1.0a1, 2019.3.5f1, 2019.3.0a1, 2019.2.18f1, 2019.1.14f1.
