Renderer Light Probe Selection option resets to default when closing and reopening the Unity Editor
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "IN-88208" project
2. Open the Graphics Settings tab (Edit > Project Settings > Graphics)
3. In the Shader Settings field, change the "Renderer Light Probe Selection" option from “Find closest Light Probe“ to "Use Ambient Probe"
4. Close and reopen the project
5. Open the Graphics Settings tab (Edit > Project Settings > Graphics)
6. Observe the value in the "Renderer Light Probe Selection" field
Expected result: The setting remains set to "Use Ambient Probe"
Actual result: The setting value reverts back to "Find closest Light Probe"
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a13, 6000.0.26f1, 6000.1.0a3
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.52f1, 2023.2.0a12
Could not test with: 2021.3.45f1 (No "Renderer Light Probe Selection" option)
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
