Black artifacts appear when playing a certain transcoded video using VideoPlayer
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-87827” project
2. Enter Play mode
3. Observe the Game window
4. Exit Play mode
5. Select the “VideoPlayer” GameObject in the Hierarchy
6. In the Inspector window Video Player component change the Video Clip property from “VideoRaw” to “VideoTranscoded”
7. Enter Play mode
8. Observe the Game window
Expected result: The video has no black artifacts
Actual result: The right edge on the video that’s playing in the Game window has black artifacts
Reproducible with: 2021.3.45f1, 2022.3.52f1, 6000.0.26f1, 6000.1.0a3
Reproduced on: Windows 10 (User system), Windows 11
Not reproduced on: macOS Sequoia 15.1.1
