Cloth loses constraints when a Mesh is assigned to a SkinnedMeshRendered with a Cloth Component that is active in the Scene
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached 'project-1242446.zip' project
2. Load the 'Scene' scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Observe the Game window
Expected result: both cloths keep constraints and stay in place
Actual result: one of the cloths loses constraints and flies off
Reproducible with: 2018.4.14f1, 2018.4.22f1, 2019.3.12f1, 2020.1.0b8, 2020.2.0a9
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.13f1
