Cloth crashes editor in physx::Sc::ClothSim::clearCollisionShapes when entering or exiting Play mode
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Enter and exit Play mode until editor crashes
Expected: Cloth does not crash the editor when entering and exiting Play mode
Actual: Cloth crashes the editor when entering and exiting Play mode
Reproduced in 5.6.0f1, 5.6.0f3, 2017.1.0b1
Did not reproduce in 5.5.3f1, 5.5.2p4
Regression introduced in 5.6.0f1
Fixed in 5.6.2p1, 2017.1.0f1, 2017.2.0b3
