Cloth constraints are cleared when applied to a prefab
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open ClothIssue scene
3. Select ClothPrefabObject in Hierarchy
4. Change Max Distance on some Constraints
5. Apply changes to the prefab
6. Deselect and reselect the object to observe the constraints set have cleared
