Clipping on the local axis when using GUIUtility.RotateAroundPivot to inside a scroll view
Steps to reproduce :
- import the project attached
- open the "TileMap" scene
- select the TileMap game object in the Hierarchy
- click on Open map editor in the Inspector
- scroll the map by pressing and holding the mouse wheel and notice the map clipping trough the edges of the map view
