Clicking apply on a UI prefab moves the scroll view content
To reproduce:
1. Open attached Unity project "UI_Test.zip"
2. Open "Shop" scene
3. In the Hierarchy, click on "ShopCanvas"
4. Click Apply multiple times
5. Inspect the content inside the scroll view of the prefab UI
result: Clicking apply jitters everything inside the scroll view (see attached gif "UIscroll.gif")
Reproduced on: 5.5.4p2, 5.6.4p4, 2017.1.2p4, 2017.2.1p1, 2017.3.0f2, 2018.1.0b1
