"Clear Filters" button has a blue "on-click" highlight
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Go to Window -> Package Management -> Package Manager (Window -> Package Manager)
3. Go to "Unity Registry" -> "Filters"
4. Choose any of the two filters and click anywhere to close the filter tab
5. Click "Clear Filters" and observe the results
Expected results: "Clear Filters" on-click highlight is consistent with other Editor buttons
Actual results: "Clear Filters" on-click has a blue border on its sides
Reproducible with: 2022.3.60f1, 6000.0.44f1, 6000.1.0b12, 6000.2.0a7
Reproducible on: macOS Sequoia 15.3 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
