Circle-shaped artifacts appear in a grid when recording Path Traced accumulated samples using Recorder and “HDRI Sky“ and “Fog” HDRI Assets are used
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “RayTracingBug” Project
2. Open the “Bug” Scene
3. In Recorder Window select “START RECORDING” (Window > General > Recorder > Recorder Window)
4. Observe the Game viewport
Expected result: in the Game viewport, the scene is rendered without any visual artifacts
Actual result: in the Game viewport, the scene is rendered and white dots appear in a grid-like manner
Reproduced with: 2022.2.16f1, 2023.1.0b13, 2023.2.0a6
Not reproduced with: 2023.2.0a11
Could not test with: 2020.3.47f1, 2021.3.23f1 (“RenderTextureDesc width must be greater than zero” errors)
Fixed in: 2023.2.0a7
Reproduced on: Windows 10 (by reporter), Windows 11
Note: Reproducible only when “HDRI Sky“ and “Fog” fields are enabled in “PathTracingPost” ScriptableObject Asset
