Cinemachine Camera with Position Composer causes visual jitter when following a moving target
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "IN-127579_CinemachineTest.zip" project
2. Open the "SampleScene"
3. Enter Game view and maximize it
4. Enter Play mode
5. Observe the moving cube as it comes to a stop
Actual result: Slight jitter/vibration is noticeable on the cube before it stops and changes direction
Expected result: No jitter is present
Reproducible with: 3.1.0 (6000.5.0a6) 3.1.5 (6000.0.67f1, 6000.3.7f1, 6000.4.0b7, 6000.5.0a6)
Not reproducible with: 2.10.5 (Position Composer not available) 3.0.1 (Console errors preventing from entering Play mode)
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
