Using Physics.ComputePenetration on a Capsule collider causes it to sometimes return incorrect value when dragging it through the Mesh collider
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “Test.zip“ project
2. Open the “Test” scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Select the “Capsule” GameObject in the Hierarchy and drag it inside the “Room“ collider a few times
5. Observe the GameView
Actual result: “Capsule” GameObject is flickering while being dragged
Expected result: “Capsule” GameObject is not flickering while being dragged
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a5, 6000.0.67f1, 6000.3.8f1, 6000.4.0b8, 6000.5.0a7
Not reproducible with: 2023.2.0a4
Reproducible on: macOS 26.2 (M1 Max)
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
