[Cinemachine] Camera stutters when it has CinemachineBrain component and it is using the Smart Update method
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "New Unity Project.zip" project and Scenes/SampleScene scene
2. Enter Play mode
3. Observe the Game view
Expected result: Camera moves smoothly
Actual result: Camera stutters when moves
Reproducible with: 2019.4.10f1, 2020.1.5f1, 2020.2.0b2 (Cinemachine 2.6.0-preview.2 - 2.6.2-preview.1)
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.10f1, 2020.1.5f1, 2020.2.0b2 (Cinemachine 2.3.3 - 2.5.0)
Could not test with: 2018.4.27f1 (Could not downgrade)

It's not resolved in 2021.3.5.f1 with Cinemachine 2.8.6

This was indeed a regression introduced in 2.6.0. OrbitalTransposer was not respecting the target position warp.
