[Cinemachine] Camera starts shaking when followed object enters Virtual Camera's red zone
How to reproduce:
1. Open user's project
2. Open "SampleScene" scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Walk up until character walks out of bounds
Expected result: Virtual Camera does not jitter
Actual result: Virtual Camera jitters
Reproducible with: 2.6.0 - preview.2 (2018.4.13f1, 2018.4.20f1, 2019.3.7f1, 2020.1.0b3, 2020.2.0a4)
Not reproducible with: 2.5.0 (2018.4.13f1, 2018.4.20f1, 2019.3.7f1, 2020.1.0b3, 2020.2.0a4)
