Cinemachine Camera does not move along Spline when the Cinemachine Cart Spline Components Position Units are set to Knots or Normalized
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project and open Scene "SampleScene"
2. Enter Play Mode and observe the Scene View Camera position
3. Exit Play Mode and select "CinemachineCamera" in the Hierarchy
4. In the Cinemachine Spline Cart change the value of "Position Units" to "Knots" or "Normalized"
5. Enter Play Mode and observe the Scene View Camera position
Actual result: The Camera Frustum does not move, Camera is still and not following the target along the Spline when the "Position Units" are set to "Knots" or "Normalized"
Expected result: The Camera should move in the same way as if "Position Units" are set to "Distance" as the units used only change the type of calculations occurring. Note that the user can still change the "Spline Position" values manually and the camera moves
