Child canvas is being rendered when parent canvas' canvas component is disabled in Play mode
To reproduce:
1. Open user's project, scene CanvasBug
2. Enter play mode
3. In Game view, top left, toggle RootCanvas button
Expected: child canvas is not visible when parent canvas' canvas component is disabled
Actual: child canvas is visible when parent canvas' canvas component is disabled
Reproduced in: 5.6.0f1, 5.6.1p2, 2017.1.0b8, 2017.2.0a2
Not reproduced in: 5.4.5p3, 5.5.4f1, 5.6.0a1, 5.6.0b11
Regression starts in: 5.6.0f1
Note: bug also shows odd behavior involving scale and position of canvas' objects (check .gif attached)
