Checking One Way on a platform Effector in play mode does nothing
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open 1OneWay scene
3. Enter play mode
4. You'll notice that sphere goes up to AreaEffector and get's stuck on the collider
5. Select Collider
6. Check One Way on Platform Effector
Expected result: Collider becomes one way and the sphere flies up
Actual result: it remains stuck
