CheckForRequiredConsents API does not return the right value when called in the European Economic Area
How to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached "UnityAnalyticsTest" project
2. Open the SampleScene scene
3. Press the "Check for required consents" button
Expected outcome: The text bellow the button reads: "Required consents: gdpr"
Actual outcome: The text below the button reads: "Required consents: None"
Reproducible with: 2020.3.48f1, 2021.3.26f1, 2022.2.21f1, 2023.1.0b18, 2023.2.0a16
