Checkboxes are misaligned with their clickable area in Render Pipeline Converter window
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "1398584_22.2.zip"
2. Open the Render Pipeline Converter (Window > Rendering > Render Pipeline Converter)
3. Attempt to click the lower right area of the checkbox next to "Material and Material Reference Update"
4. Attempt to click above the top left corner of the checkbox
Expected result: The area in step 3 is clickable, the area in step 4 is not
Actual result: The area in step 4 is clickable, the area in step 3 is not
Reproducible with: 12.1.4 (2021.2.9f1), 13.1.5 (2022.1.0b6), 14.0.0 (2022.2.0a3)
Could not test: 7.7.1 (2019.4.36f1), 10.8.1 (2020.3.27f1) (No Render Pipeline Converter)
Note: Not reproducible with Inspector, Console, Scene, Light Explorer window checkboxes
