Character stops being controlled when overlapping "EaseIn" or "EaseOut" on Timeline Animation track with Override

How to reproduce:
1. Open project "Timeline_EaseIn_BUG.zip"
2. Enter Play Mode
3. In the Game window press the "Play Timeline" Button
4. Observe the character
5. In the Hierarchy window select the "Playable Direction" GameObject
6. In the Timeline window move both "man2_101" components to somewhere between 75th and 325th frames
7. Repeat 3rd and 4th steps

Expected result: Character is being controlled
Actual result: Character is not being controlled

Reproducible with: 1.2.16 (2019.4.36f1), 1.4.8 (2020.3.30f1), 1.7.0 (2021.2.15f1, 2022.1.0b11, 2022.2.0a7)
