Changing Texture Scale X value has no effect when Particle System Trails mode is set to Ribbon
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "IN-123411"
2. Open "SampleScene"
3. In the Hierarchy select "Particle System"
4. Ensure that the Particle System is playing
5. In the Inspector adjust Texture Scale X value under Trails module and observe Scene View
Expected result: Texture Scale changes
Actual result: Texture Scale does not change
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a3, 6000.0.62f1, 6000.2.11f1, 6000.3.0b9, 6000.4.0a4
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
