Changing main monitor pushes floating editor windows to another, possibly non existing, monitor
Preparing machine for repro:
1. Two monitors
2. Make sure that first monitor is also main monitor
Note: This isn't a requirement - bug is also reproducible when second monitor is main monitor. This is step is required in order to get same results as in following repro steps.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Drag scene view to make it "floating". Make sure that it's in the second monitor
3. Open "Screen resolution" settings of your machine and set second monitor as the main one
4. Notice that scene view isn't visible anymore as if it got pushed to the third, non existing, monitor.
Notes:
-If floating window is in the first monitor then on main monitor change it will be pushed to the second monitor
Expected result: Floating windows are bound to the monitor and don't on main monitor change
Reproduced with: 5.2.4f1, 5.3.4p5, 5.4.0b17
