Changes made to LightmapEditorSettings are not marking active scene as dirty
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene main
3. In Lighting tab, notice that Baked Resolution is 50
4. In top menu, click "MarkAsDirty > Repro Test". This will set LightmapEditorSettings.bakeResolution to 14, save the scene and reload it
5. In Lighting tab, notice that Baked Resolution is still set to 50
