[HiDPI] Change Layer pop up menu is not uniform
The pop-up menu, when changing layer options, is not uniform. "Yes, change children" button appears truncated.
Steps to reproduce.
- Open the scene "Cinemachine - Virtual Camera" with Unity 2018.3.0f.
- In the Hierarchy, select "Test Walls".
- In the "Test Walls" inspector change the "Layer" dropdown to "Default"
Notice issue >> A change layer pop up menu appears. It looks uniform.
