Script names containing non-ASCII characters are not printed correctly to the Console
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "Accents.zip"
2. In the Project View select zzz.cs and click reimport
3. Observe the Console
Expected result: The logged script names are displayed correctly
Actual result: The accented characters of the logged script names are displayed as
Reproducible with: 2018.4.34f1, 2019.4.26f1, 2020.3.7f1, 2021.1.0a4
Not reproducible with: 2021.1.0a5, 2021.1.6f1, 2021.2.0a16
Notes:
1. The names are displayed correctly in the Inspector and Project View
2. Script Editor will not open the scripts when double-clicking on these logs (tested with VS 2019 16.9.2, VS Code 1.55.2, and Rider 2021.1.2)
