[Catalina] DriveInfo.AvailableFreeSpace returns 0 on macOS Catalina
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached DiskSpace.zip project
2. Open the Senes/SampleScene and enter the Play mode
3. Note in the console that volume "/" has 0 bytes of free space
Expected: Appropriate available size should be returned
Actual: volume "/" has 0 bytes of free space
Reproducible with: 2017.4, 2020.1
Not reproducible with: macOS Mojave
