CapsuleCast won't detect a hit with a mesh, if the direction happens to be along a face
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "TestMeshCollider.zip" project
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Observe logs in the Console
Expected result: All 3 CapsuleCasts hit
Actual result: The first CapsuleCast does not hit
Reproducible with: 2019.4.30f1, 2020.3.19f1, 2021.1.22f1, 2021.2.0b14, 2022.1.0a10
