[Capacity] Particle strips in GPU event-triggered systems override the parent system's capacity
Repro steps:
1. Open the attached VFX
2. Set the capacity of the Particle Strip system to 64
3. Observe how the blue (parent) particles get capped to 64 as well.
Expected outcome:
The capacity of the GPU event particle strip system to not affect the capacity of the parent system
Note:
- GPU event systems using 'particle' instead of 'particle strip' data type do not exhibit this behavior
