Capability ID_CAP_ISV_MICROPHONE is not enabled upon project
Capability ID_CAP_ISV_MICROPHONE is not enabled upon project export to Visual Studio
Steps to reproduce:
1. Export any project to Visual Studio
2. WMAppManifest.xml will not have microphone capability enabled.
