Canvas Scaler doesn't scale Z axis when Canvas render mode is set to "Screen Space - Overlay"
Steps to reproduce (or watch attached gif):
1. Open attached project
2. Open "ReproScene" scene
3. Select "Canvas" in the Hierarchy
4. Its Z scale doesn't scale along with X and Y scales
5. Zoom in to "Canvas/Camera/Cube" - cube is distorted
Reproduced with: 5.3.6f1, 5.4.1p1, 5.5.0b4
Not reproducible with: 5.2.5f1, 5.3.1f1
