[Canvas][Render Mode] Canvas sort order doesn't work with Screen Space-Camera
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open RaycastBug scene
3. Press play
4. Click white button on the red button area
5. Notice that red button is clicked instead of white
This issue is only reproducible when Render mode is set to Screen Space-Camera
