Canvas Background Type Button Tooltips first letters are lowercase instead of uppercase
Steps to reproduce:
- Create or open any Project with the UI Toolkit installed
- Create a "UI Document" Asset and open it
- Select the ".uxml" file in the Hierarchy
- Hover the cursor over the buttons that choose "Canvas Background" type
Actual results: Button tooltips start in lowercase "color", "image", "camera"
Expected results: Button tooltips start in uppercase "Color", "Image", "Camera" just like their Properties
Reproducible with versions: 2023.2.0a17, 2023.2.20f1, 6000.0.14f1
Not reproducible with versions: 2021.3.40f1, 2022.3.40f1, 2023.1.20f1, 2023.2.0a16
Tested on (OS): macOS Sonoma, Windows 11
