Can't play the animation when the Animation window is linked to the Timeline
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "TimelineAnimationWindow - 2023.2.zip"
2. Open Window>Animation>Animation
3. Open Sequencing>Timeline
4. Select "New Timeline" in the Hierarchy window
5. Double-click on "Clip1" in the Timeline
6. Click the Play button in the Animation window
Expected results: Animation is playing
Actual results: Animation is not playing
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a16, 2023.1.8f1, 2023.2.0b4
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.29f1, 2022.3.7f1, 2023.1.0a15
Reproducible on: Windows 10
