Cannot star projects while another project is opening
Reproduction steps:
1. Open a project
2. While the wheel next to the project, attempt to star a project
Expected result: the project is starred
Actual result: the project is not starred
Reproducible with: 3.5.0
Reproducible on: macOS 13.4.1 (Intel), Windows 10 (user’s)
