Cannot install Android Tools on 2018.4 LTS
How to reproduce:
1. Open Hub 2.3.2
2. Go to "Installs" and click "Add" at the top right
3. Select 2018.4 version
4. Click "Next" and try to add Android SDK, NDK and JDK tools
Expected Behavior: SDK, NDK and JDK can be added and installed
Actual Behavior: Android support can be installed, however, SDK, NDK and JDK have to be installed manually
Note: Was able to reproduce with 2.3.1 and 2.3.2. This issue has been present for a long time.
