Cannot import single channel 16 bit TIFF files
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download the attached .tiff file(oc link)
2. Attempt to import into Unity
Result: import fails
Reproduced on 5.5.3p2, 5.6.0p4, 2017.0b4
This is not really intuitive for users, especially if your format target is a single channel hdr compression format like R compressed BC4.
