Cannot assign material to a gameobject when dragging it on the object in the hierarchy
To reproduce this bug:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open 'scene'
3. Try to drag material onto the Cube in the Hierarchy
4. It is impossible to do that
5. If you drag material onto the cube in the scene view everything works as expected
