Cannot add a value in the inspector after tabbing to another field

Steps to reproduce :

- create a new project
- select the Main Camera
- click into a transform field in the inspector and enter a value
- press tab and try to enter another value in the next field and notice it doesn't work

Regression from 2017.3.a6.

  1. This is a duplicate of issue #952802

    Navigating between input fields with Tab does not enable opportunity to insert the value
