Canceling the opening of a USS file opens it in both Visual Studio and Notepad
Canceling the opening of a USS file opens it in both Visual Studio and Notepad
To reproduce:
1. Open attached "foot fingers" project
2. Double click on NewUSSFile
3. Cancel the Visual Studio loading pop up
Expected result: The file is not opened
Actual result: The file is opened in both Visual Studio and notepad. Text "foot fingers" is displayed.
Reproduced on:2019.3.0a11, 2019.3.0b1, 2019.3.0b12, 2020.1.0a14
2019.3.0a10 does not have cancel button on Visual Studio.

This issue was fixed as part of an editor wide modal / progress bar improvement fix.
