Cancel import dialog when skipping transcode after 'Reimport All' or duplicating video clip
Steps to reproduce:
1. Import video clip
2. Duplicate video clip
3. Press Skip All
4. Notice that cancel import dialog appears
Alternative steps:
1. Import a couple of video clips
2. Select Reimport All
3. Press Skip All
4. Notice that cancel import dialog appears
Expected: Video Transcode should be skipped
Actual: Transcode continues after closing 'cancel import dialog'
