Can not navigate through the Scene view when using a drawing tablet
How to reproduce:
1. Open any project
2. Open a scene
3. In the Scene view toolbar select the “View tool“
4. Navigate through the Scene view
5. Enter your browser and interact
6. Switch back to the Editor
7. Try to navigate through the Scene view
Expected result: It is possible to navigate through the Scene view
Actual result: It is not possible to navigate through the Scene view
Reproducible with: 2023.3.0b10, 6000.0.30f1, 6000.0.0a7
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.46f1, 2022.3.54f1, 2023.3.0b9
Reproducible on: macOS 14.6.1, Windows 10
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Notes:
- Reproduced with Wacom tablet
- Could not reproduce with touchscreen and mouse
- Sometimes also reproduces after switching to the Game view and back
- May also reproduce after selecting an item in the hierarchy
- The issue is inconsistent, try around 10 times

This is not fixed in 6000.0.37f1.
The wacom is broken all through the 6 release. I can't understand how this is a thing, so many people work with this input device. :( -

Also drag and drop of tabs doesn't work with drawing board (Wacom).
